Singtel is the biggest telecommunications operator in Singapore, and it’s been offering telco services since the 1800s. Nowadays, Singtel offers a range of mobile and fibre broadband plans to customers. While there are lots of bundle plans, Singtel offers three main speed tiers. Scroll on for our Singtel broadband plans review.
Singtel fibre broadband plans
If you visit the Singtel broadband page, you’ll find around 10 plans, but they’re all based on three speeds: 3Gbps, 5Gbps and 10Gbps. Every Singtel broadband plan has a 24-month contract. Note that all Singtel plans have a $61.04 NetLink Trust (NLT) upfront fee for new customers. Unlike no-frills competitors like WhizComms and SIMBA, Singtel fibre broadband plans typically offer a good range of features, including a router or mesh system.
There are plenty of other features, too, like a home line and 12 months of Broadband Protect. Most Singtel plans also include between three and 12 months of Amazon Prime, Microsoft 365, Disney Plus Premium, or HBO Max Standard. There are also free one-month trials for Singtel Home Protect Flexi, Parental Control Pass and Security Suite Triple Protect.
Kicking things off is the Singtel 3Gbps Enhanced plan at $39.90 per month. It has most of the main plan perks outlined above, alongside 3Gbps symmetrical speeds and a Singtel WiFi 7 BE11000 tri-band router. New signups also get free weekday and weekend installation.
Compared to other plans in our database with at least 3Gbps speeds, this Singtel plan is one of the pricier picks, beaten by cheaper options from just about every other provider.
Next up, Singtel has three plans built on 5Gbps symmetrical speeds. The cheapest is the 5Gbps Enhanced Plan for $49.90 per month, which comes with all of the features above. Next is the 5Gbps Enhanced Mesh plan for $52.70 per month, which has the same features but an extra mesh router for greater coverage in your home. Then there’s the 5Gbps (WiFi 7) + Entertainment Bundle for $64.81. It has a Singtel BE1000 WiFi 7 router, all of the features above, plus an Android set-top box, one Singtel TV Local Language TV Pack, and five Singtel TV English Packs.
Although you'll find cheaper, faster options from SIMBA, WhizComms, ViewQwest, StarHub, M1 and MyRepublic, they offer far fewer perks.
Singtel also offers a few broadband plans built on 10Gbps symmetrical speeds with the same features listed at the top of this section. The cheapest is the 10Gbps Enhanced Plan for $65.90 per month, which includes a TP-Link HB810 BE22000 WiFi 7 Router. Alternatively, consider the 10Gbps Mesh (WiFi 7) + Entertainment Value Bundle for $74.81 per month. It comes with one Singtel BE22000 WiFi 7 router, an Android set-top box, one Singtel TV Local Language Pack, and five Singtel TV English Packs. Next up is the 10Gbps Mesh (WiFi 7) with Lifestyle Gadget bundle, which ships with one Singtel BE22000 WiFi 7 router plus a gadget of your choice from Apple, Samsung, Dyson, and more for $74 per month. Finally, there’s the 10Gbps Mesh + Entertainment Bundle (HBO Pak) for $87.12 per month. This Singtel plan comes with one Singtel BE22000 WiFi 7 router, one Singtel TV Local Language Pack, one Singtel TV HBO Pak, and five Singtel TV English Packs, plus an Android set-top box.
All of those features add to the overall cost, so it’s unsurprising to see Singtel beaten by other 10Gbps plans from our database, including SIMBA, WhizComms, ViewQwest, MyRepublic, StarHub and M1.

You’ll need to wait for your NetLink Trust fibre termination point to be activated, which happens outside the home, so you don’t need to be present. Choose a day for the Singtel WiFi installation appointment, keeping two power points free: one for the Optical Network Router (ONR) and the other for your router.
