Zero1 mobile plans review

Last updated

Zero1 is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) in Singapore that has been operating on the Singtel network since 2017. If you're after a cheap 4G or 5G plan with great coverage and solid roaming inclusions, Zero1's prices are hard to beat. That said, if you're a big talker or texter, you may struggle with their limited inclusions, and don't expect any additional perks like streaming service subscriptions or referral bonuses.

Pros
  • Low cost
  • Singtel network coverage
  • Good roaming inclusions
Cons
  • Fewer call and SMS inclusions
  • No perks

Zero1 mobile plans

Zero1 offer a mix of 4G and 5G offerings. They are all contract-free and don't charge excess data charges, making them excellent choices for kids and seniors. They also have free caller ID, free incoming calls and free incoming SMS, with most 4G plans also offering a 5G trial for a limited time.

Zero1 mobile customer service

Often, a telco's true value isn't found until you encounter an issue with your service. Well, according to Seedly, Zero1 has that base covered with a 4-star rating overall and a 4.3-star rating for customer support.

In terms of support channels, there's a knowledge base available on Zero1's website, but since this is a virtual telco, there is no way to contact the support team via phone. However, you can lodge a support ticket via their website, send their Facebook page a message, or get in-person help at their customer service centre, located at 25 Harper Rd, #01-06 Harper Point, Singapore 369683.
