International direct dial (IDD) call rates are what most mobile providers in Singapore use to call overseas. Mobile providers may divide rates into on-peak and off-peak times, plus rates for mobiles and landlines. Other telcos offer IDD packs for cheaper overall rates.

Note that you may be charged a connection fee outside of a per-minute IDD call rate.
