What is a CIS SIM plan?
CIS is short for corporate individual scheme. A CIS SIM plan is a plan available to the employees of eligible companies in Singapore.
CIS SIM plans may offer perks such as cheaper mobile plans, mobile phone discounts and extra features not available in typical SIM plans. To sign up for a CIS SIM plan, you need to be an employee of a company that’s part of a CIS programme.
Mobile providers that offer CIS plans have eligibility forms and criteria that companies can use to sign up so their employees can access them. It may also be possible to convert a personal mobile phone plan to a CIS SIM plan.
Eligible employees may be able to sign up for multiple CIS SIM plans. Certain CIS SIM mobile providers will also allow multiple connections (called “lines”) to share the savings with other people.
Which mobile providers offer CIS SIM plans?
We track 17 mobile providers for Singapore in our comparison engine. But not all mobile providers offer CIS SIM plans, including MyRepublic, redONE, giga and GOMO. Instead, speak with the following mobile providers about a CIS SIM plan:

StarHub has three no-contract CIS plans, which can be paired with a mobile phone. These CIS plans offer a discount of up to 20% on a number of StarHub's regular SIM-only plans, and up to $360 off for new lines or port-ins when paired with a device. With the SIM-only plans, you'll get caller ID, scam protection with ScamSafe, and additional discounts when you add an extra line. Here are StarHub's CIS plan, before discounts:

Zero1 CIS SIM plans
While Zero1 do offer CIS plans, the process is a tad more complicated than other providers.
To sign up for a CIS plan, you’ll need to enrol in the Zero1 CIS Programme and wait for your enrollment to be approved. After you’ve been approved, you can start looking at what SIM cards suit your business best. If you’re a member of the Zero1 CIS programme, you can choose any consumer Zero1 plan. A unique coupon code will be assigned to your organisation by Zero1, which is what you’ll use when you go to checkout.
The savings vary based on each business, so you won’t be able to see the final price of your CIS plan until your application has been approved and you apply your organisation’s coupon code. But below you can see what to expect from a standard Zero1 plan.

VIVIFI CIS SIM plans
VIVIFI do offer CIS plans, however, the details of said plans aren't widely available. First, you'll need to check your eligibility.
To sign up for a CIS plan, you'll need to confirm your eligibility. Register or sign in to your account via your company email address, or verify your eligibility via Singpass. If you sign in via email, you'll be sent an OTP, or to the Singpass login page if you chose the latter. Once you've proved your eligibility, you can select from available plans and head to the checkout. There, you'll choose your new number or port in an existing postpaid number.
